⏰ Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to raise a return request.

✅ Eligible for Return

• Item received is damaged or defective
• Wrong item delivered
• Item is unworn, unwashed, and has original tags attached

❌ Not Eligible for Return

• Items returned after 7 days of delivery
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
